No, not that kind of chemistry… Periodic tables, electron shells, iconic and covalent bonds, stoichiometry, I could go on but I don’t want to bore you đŸ˜‰ I was and still am a massive science nerd. And with that in mind, here is our Top Nerdy Ten Nerds of Twitter (Episode II) – Science Edition!

1. Bill Nye (@BillNye)

What kind of list would this be without someone I watched growing up. Also not only does he talk science and rocks the bowtie, he’s a Trekkie too!

2. Neil deGrasse Tyson (@neiltyson)

His tweets speak for themselves.

3. Katie Mack (@AstroKatie)

I’m beginning to think I have an obsession affinity for astrophysicists. I think it might be a legitimate problem…

4. Maryn McKenna (@marynmck)

Maryn knows her bugs and drugs.

5. Buzz Aldrin (@TheRealBuzz)

One of my favourite astronauts. He’s just always so happy.

6. Adam Savage (@donttrythis)

Mythbusters. Enough said really.

7. Kate Lunau (@katelunau)

So much cool science, so little time.

8. Kathy Reichs (@KathyReichs)

Her books make me wish I was a forensic anthropologist.

9. Ed Yong (@edyong209)

Proving science isn’t all that hard to understand.

10. Chris Hadfield (@Cmdr_Hadfield)

Space-traveling troubadour. I get to see him perform with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra in April. Be jealous. Be very jealous.

Know any other super cool science nerds we should be following, let us know!

‘Til next time,
