Reactions From ‘Batman v Superman’ NYC Premiere Are VERY POSITIVE

Zack Snyder’s Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice premiered in New York City’s Radio City Music Hall last night to a crowd of critics and other super lucky apparently special people. The results are in. Everyone seems to be touting this film as a massive win for DC Comics.

Many people took to the Internet to slam the choice of Ben Affleck for Batman back when it was announced a few years ago, but so far, it looks like his Batman/Bruce Wayne scored with the lucky comic books fans who were in attendance last night. A few of the attendees who tweeted about the film after seeing it even called him a “highlight”! Others were saying Ben Affleck is their new favorite Batman!

Tweets poured in last night about Wonder Woman’s entrance being the best part of the film. It sounds like the entire room practically exploded. This is great news for Wondy fans, and those of us pulling for Gal Gadot’s portrayal to have what it takes to get Wonder Woman the box office draw that her character deserves. (Her film hits theaters June 23, 2017.)

Audience reactions have been giddy over the film, claiming it’s the best comicbook/superhero film they’ve seen in the last few years. They all seem to be “pleasantly surprised” by how good it is. Take a look over at IMDB, and you’ll see that it’s currently at a 9.6 out of 10 with almost 8,000 reviewers.

So many fans have been cautiously tiptoeing around BvS for months, afraid to expect too much from the film. Now, after these first reactions, I think it’s safe to say we can all throw caution to the wind. If you haven’t yet, buy your tickets! It sounds like it’s going to be a fantastic ride!

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theaters this Friday, March 25!

Are you nerds excited yet???
