Live-Action Toy Story

Do you consider  yourself a Toy  Story fan? I bet you’re not as big a fan as Jonason Pauley and Jesse Perrotta.  After seeing Toy Story 3 in theatres, they were inspired to start the Live-Action Toy Story Project. Because toys based on the Toy Story characters were sold in stores after the movie’s success, they were  able to use them to make a frame-by frame re-creation of the first film  using stop-motion animation. They were also able to use the original  dialogue from the movie. Puppets and humans round out the cast.

Throughout the process, they chronicled their progress on a Facebook page, which now includes behind-the-scenes photos, videos, and the film  dubbed in different languages.

Pixar  recently learned of this homage and invited the pair to their headquarters  and asked them to pass out DVDs of their work to employees. Could this  project soon snag these two superfans jobs at of one of their favorite  companies?

Check  out photos from their visit on their Facebook and watch the film below!

    That sounds really cool.
Nice that Pixar invited them over too. I’m sure that took them a lot of work.
