Welcome to another episode of “‘The Walking Dead’ Therapy Hour with Kentucky”!  This week’s snack-sized discussion was all about the TV shows that the guys are currently watching and their feelings about them, so let’s all sit in a circle, hold hands, and SHARE, guys.

You can find this week’s episode on iTunes and Soundcloud.

And, as Kentucky mentioned, you should check out our new contributor, Joel Telling, a.k.a. The 3D Printing Nerd! He’s awesome.  Here’s the LED lights video they were talking about in the beginning of the podcast:

TV Shows the Guys Talked About

Okay, so the format is obviously going to be a bit different this week- I’ve basically just listed the stuff the guys talked about and a few of the their talking points beneath each clip.  And, as Kentucky mentioned, they want to hear from YOU about this stuff, so leave comments below or you can tweet The Nerd Machine, Kentucky, or Razzle (their Twitter handles are below!).

“Daredevil”

  • Does Kingpin have superpowers?

“The Flash”

Random Notes from Shannon’s Brain

  • This week’s “Hey, You’re Awesome” Award goes to…. RAZZLE! Mainly because Kentucky said that “Jessica Jones” is a “girly superhero show” and I couldn’t disagree more, and I might have to put him in the doghouse for it.  Temporarily.  But then, WE RARELY EVER GET FEMALE-CENTRIC SUPERHERO ANYTHING SO THIS IS ALL VERY NEW TO THE MENFOLK, LET’S GIVE THEM A MINUTE.  *innocent smile*  (Razzle also gets it for saying that he’d be a bad guy in an apocalypse situation because aw, sweetie, no.  You’re too adorable.)
  • I believe that Razzle was TOTALLY going to mention the segment “It’s a Good Life” from The Twilight Zone Movie/show, with the little boy who can make things happen, which I WAS REALLY EXCITED ABOUT.  Can we maybe go back to that train of thought later?
  • The upcoming Broadway show that Zac is going to be starring in is “She Loves Me”.  You can find more info HERE!
  • Since Kentucky wants to talk about this stuff, I’ll add this: I CANNOT get into “The Walking Dead”, but I think it’s because binge-watching to try and catch up is IMPOSSIBLE.  Like, if I watch more than two episodes at a time, I start to get depressed.  I need some comedy in my binge-watching, or at least not just CONSTANT death and awfulness.
  • Re: “Master of None”- Aziz Ansari’s dad is JUST THE BEST.  His impression of Aziz made me laugh for HOURS.  That show is great.
  • Laura Benanti, Zac’s future Broadway co-star and Astra on “Supergirl”, is absolutely hilarious on Twitter, so you should go follow her.
  • Let’s see what Razzle mentioned this week:
